When you use Skany, we may collect: a photo you take or upload for skin analysis; basic quiz answers (skin type, concerns, age range, location); your email and WhatsApp number (only if you choose to unlock a routine); and payment confirmation details (via UPI or PayPal) — we never see or store your card, bank, or PayPal login details.
Your photo is sent to our AI system for a single analysis and is not stored on our servers. It is processed and then discarded.
Quiz answers personalize your analysis. Your email/WhatsApp are used only to deliver your PDF report and occasional order/re-scan follow-ups — never sold or shared for marketing. Payment confirmation is used only to verify your purchase and is deleted after your order is confirmed.
Skany is intended for users aged 18 and above. If our system detects that a submitted photo appears to belong to a minor, the scan will not be processed.
You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you at any time by writing to support@ayurvaan.in. If you're outside India (including EU/UK), you may have additional rights under laws like GDPR.
If you're not satisfied with your unlocked 7-Day Routine, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of unlocking, by emailing support@ayurvaan.in with your order details (email used at checkout + approximate time of payment).
₹99 (India, via UPI) and $3.99 (Global, via PayPal) one-time unlock purchases are eligible within the 24-hour window above. Re-scans used within your 30-day allowance are not separately refundable once used, but this doesn't affect your right to a full refund of the original purchase within 24 hours.
Requests made after 24 hours of unlocking, or cases where payment proof cannot be matched to any order on our end — please keep your payment confirmation until your routine is delivered.
UPI payments are refunded to the same UPI ID used, typically within 3–5 business days. PayPal payments are refunded to your PayPal account, typically within 3–5 business days, subject to PayPal's own processing times.

Don't submit photos of anyone other than yourself without consent, don't attempt to abuse or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use Skany for any unlawful purpose.
Skany/Ayurvaan are not liable for any skin reaction or outcome from following routine suggestions. Patch-test new products and consult a professional when in doubt.
